Notice of Proposed Property Tax Increase Township High School District 113 - 2024
I. A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Township High School District No. 113, Lake County, Illinois for 2024 will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Township High School District 113, 1040 Park Avenue West, Highland Park, IL 60035.

II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2023 were $109,049,235.
The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2024 are $113,835,288. This represents a 4.39 percentage increase over the previous year.
III. The property taxes extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2023 were $6,001,853.
The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt service and public building commission leases for 2024 are $5,955,510. This represents a 0.8 percentage decrease over the previous year.
IV. The total property taxes extended or abated for 2023 were $115,051,088.
The estimated total property taxes to be levied for 2024 are $119,790,798. This represents a 4.12 percentage increase over the previous year.
