COUNSELING MISSION STATEMENT 

The Highland Park High School Counseling Department fosters an environment wherein we work to maximize the potential of each student through accessible, responsive, equitable, and empathic approach.  We take pride in the collaborative way in which we problem solve with all stakeholders to the benefit of our students, seeking to simultaneously advocate for and challenge them to meet and overcome obstacles, take risks, and develop the resiliency to succeed within and beyond the walls of Highland Park High School.
