Do friends come to you to help them solve their problems? If they do, Peer Helping is for you.
Peer Helping is an activity in which students learn communication and problem solving skills in order to help themselves and others. Peer Helping meets once per week throughout the school year. It is open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. We have one large group training session each month covering topics such as stress management, acceptance, family dynamics, communication skills and coping with loss. If you like to help people, Peer Helping is for you.
