For grade improvement (the student had a passing grade of C+ or below in their previous attempt), students should fill out the Summer School Grade Improvement Request Form below. 

Please know that, for a grade improvement, a student can only earn regular credit, not honors or AP credit, even if the original class was an honors or AP level course.
