Overview

  • The Student Services Department is driven by passionate individuals who are dedicated to student success.  They know that high school and just being a teenager can be challenging, and they are there to meet students’ academic, social emotional, and health needs. Student Support Services personnel encompass many aspects of the high school environment including counselors, deans, special education staff, nurses, speech pathologists, social workers and school psychologists, as well as staff assigned to academic interventions.  On the left side of this webpage you will see links to assist you with finding the resources you need.

    If you suspect your student has a disability, and are seeking an evaluation, please contact your student's Counselor at Deerfield High School Counseling Department and Highland Park High School Counseling Department.

    If you student currently has an IEP and you are concerned about your student's placement, please contact your student's case manager at Deerfield High School Special Education Department and Highland Park High School Special Education Department.
