Activities and Clubs
All organizations are delineated within the extra-curricular category and any Special Interest Group designated by the sponsor or administration will be governed by Policy 7-300 Extracurricular Activities. Students must pass four courses or 20 credit hours weekly to remain eligible to participate in the Activities program. Students not passing four courses at the end of the semester will be considered ineligible for the following semester. The Activities Program will utilize the monitoring system currently in place in the Athletics Program. Organizations to be formed at any future date will be assigned to one of the aforementioned categories and will be held accountable for the eligibility requirements of that category.
